Mix of mussels and zucchini

Ingredients for 4 persons:
200 grams of hulled mussels
2 big zucchinis
2 fresh tomatoes
oil - garlic - parsley
300 grams of fresh pasta - lasagnette ½ glass white-wine

Preparation:
Put garlic and parsley in a frying-pan.
Brown the zucchinis cut in round slices together with the hulled mussels.
Add salt and whine.
After the whine has been evaporated add the finely cut tomatoes.
Boil the pasta - and when it is ready put it into the frying-pan, where you leave it for some minutes.
